Repour Bar in Miami could be the most laid back bar in South Beach. Mixologist and owner Isaac Grillo opened cool cocktail spot in the Albion Hotel with a vision of bringing the mellow vibe of his home state, Colorado, to South Florida’s bustling beaches. The eclectic bar includes mix-matched couches, booze infused teas, and cocktails that use fruit and herbs from the hotel’s second floor garden, so it appears that Isaac has achieved his goal.

For the Afrodite cocktail, Isaac starts with a traditional aqua fresca and adds a shot of aged Afrohead rum. He also substitutes fresh basil leaves for the usual mint , and the result is a unique twist on the South American classic.
