Chef Blake Hartwick, of Bonterra Dining and Wine Room in Charlotte, North Carolina, noticed something during the current NFL season. Every time he served his signature wings, the Carolina Panthers won. Luckily for Panthers fans everywhere, Chef Hartwick is taking his wings to California to take part in the twenty-fifth annual Taste of the NFL event during Super Bowl weekend. The event brings together the country’s top chefs and the NFL’s greatest players every year to raise money in support of food banks throughout the United States. To date, the Taste of the NFL program has raised more than $22 million dollars for local food assistance programs across the country.

If you’re one of the South’s many Panthers fans, serve some good luck at your Super Bowl Party with Chef Hartwick’s Winning Panthers Wings. Chef Hartwick starts the wings in an Asian-inspired marinade before putting them on the grill and finishing them with a homemade Alabama White Sauce.
