Eating in the New Year doesn’t have to mean sacrifice. Just because something is healthy is not an automatic precursor for bad flavor. Many of the tastiest foods top the list of super foods. Oranges, salmon, quinoa, spinach, pumpkin and hallelujah, dark chocolate all make the list.

Start your year off right with some of the super foods served TLP style. Begin with wild salmon with a side of protein packed quinoa stuffing, and finish with a breathtakingly beautiful dark chocolate cake. Ok, so the chocolate cake may not quite make it into the realm of health food, but what a delicious way to begin the New Year!
