The smash combines cranberry simple syrup made with fresh cranberries, orange peel and cinnamon with High Wire’s flagship spirit, Hat Trick Botanical Gin. Scott wanted to make the cocktail party-friendly, so the cranberry syrup can be made in a large batch ahead of time and held in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. You can also mix it up as a punch!
