- For tea, bring 6−7 cups water to a rolling boil.
- Add tea bags and remove from heat. Let bags steep for about 5 minutes, near the warm eye on the stove.
- Combine simple syrup and steeped tea in a large pitcher.
- Fill the pot with the tea bags with the remaining water and then add the water to the pitcher. Stir.
- Add orange juice and stir. Pour over ice and garnish with citrus wedges.
