Ingredients

Raw milk whey*

Bourbon smoked vanilla beans

Local Honey

Sprigs of peppermint, lavender, and grated nutmeg for garnish

* Note: Raw milk whey is the bi-product of cheese making..."curds and whey"

Directions

Infuse raw milk whey with bourbon smoked vanilla beans. Sweeten it with local honey. Add EG Inspiration vodka. Shake over ice and pour into cocktails glass. He uses a 3 day cold macerated Mencia, with fresh peppermint and lavender to top the drink. Then he garnishes it with fresh sprigs of peppermint, lavender, and some grated nutmeg.
