
Ingredients
2 ounces reposado tequila
1 ounce lime juice
½ ounce Jalapeño-Honey (recipe follows)
Cayenne-pickled green bean for garnish
Jalapeño-Honey
1½ jalapeño slices
10 ounces honey
2 ounces water
Directions
- Pour tequila, lemon juice, and honey into ice-filled shaker. Shake well and strain into mezcal glass.
- Garnish with a cayenne-pickled green bean.
Jalapeño-Honey
- Muddle jalapeño slices, then combine with honey and let sit overnight.
- Strain and dilute with water.
