- Combine the margarita mix, juice of 3 limes and 3 tablespoons tequila.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow metal pan and place in the freezer.
- Using a fork, scrape the mixture every 30 minutes for 3 to 4 hours to form ice crystals. Be sure to leave the granita in the freezer until it is completely frozen.
- Once the granita is removed from the freezer, serve immediately.
