Green Thumb



2 ounces Cathead Vodka

½ ounce green chartreuse

½ ounce fresh lime juice

3 mint leaves, torn

3 slices of cucumber, muddled

6 drops of Bitter Truth Celery Bitters

Bar spoon of simple syrup

Cucumber wheel for garnish


Shake all ingredients together, double strain into a Champagne coupe, and garnish with cucumber wheel.
