Netflix & Pillowtalk



1½ ounces gin

½ ounce apple brandy

½ ounce lemon juice

½ ounce vanilla-infused simple syrup (recipe follows)

1 egg white

1 dash Scrappy’s Bitters lavender bitters

1 fresh sage leaf

Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup

2 cups water

2 cups sugar

3 vanilla beans



  1. Dry shake all ingredients except sage leaf. Add ice for a hard shake.
  2. Double strain into coupe glass and garnish with sage.

Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup

  1. Combine water and sugar in medium pot over medium-low heat. Bring to simmer and cook until sugar dissolves.
  2. Scrape vanilla beans into syrup, stir and strain.
