1 ounce Clyde Mays Whiskey

1 ounce Dubonnet Rouge

1 ounce Cynar

Grapefruit peel for garnish


Add to mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into old fashioned glass over a big cube. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
