Nathan Foster of The Throughbred Club in the Charleston’s Belmont Omni updates the classic Bailey’s and Coffee by melding it with a traditional carajillo—a Spanish drink from Cuba that combines coffee and rum. Perfect for fall, this pumpkin spice carajillo adds a touch of Espresso Ground Rum to the mix. The addition of orange zest to the creamy spiced flavor adds a unique hint of citrus!
