1 ounce Citadelle London Dry Gin

¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

¾ ounce Aperol

½ ounce Demerara simple syrup

3 ounces IPA

Grapefruit twist for garnish


Place all ingredients except IPA into shaker and add ice. Shake and strain into cold glass over ice. Add IPA. Stir to combine. Garnish with grapefruit twist.
