Tom Waits for No Man



1½ ounces Hayman’s Old Tom Gin

½ ounce Dolin dry vermouth

¼ ounce absinthe

½ ounce fresh lemon juice

¼ ounce gomme syrup

Grapefruit peel, for garnish


Shake and double strain into a rocks glass over an extra-large cube or ice ball. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
