Winter Wassail Cider



3 organic apples

2 organic carrots

2 inches fresh ginger root

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

½ tablespoon honey

One pinch cayenne

One pinch ground cinnamon


  1. Wash carrots, apples and ginger root, then juice together.
  2. Stir in apple cider vinegar, honey, cayenne, and cinnamon and serve.
