¾ ounce Kai lemongrass ginger Shōchū*

¾ ounce Domaine de Canton liqueur

1 ounce cold, filtered sake

½ ounce lemon juice

3 basil leaves, chiffonade

Orchid for garnish

Shochu (or its Korean cousin soju) is a Japanese distilled spirit usually made from barley, sweet potatoes, buckwheat, or rice.


Shake all ingredients and serve up with an orchid to garnish.
