Charleston Wine + Food is back for a twelfth year to deliver great taste to the Lowcountry. The country’s top chefs and culinary talent will host multi-course dinners, cooking classes, beverage workshops, culinary excursions, and tastings throughout the Holy City.

Don’t miss Shucked, an evening shucking oysters at the Lookout Pavilion at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina. Sponsored by the Local Palate, this festival favorite combines steamed and raw oysters with other tasty seafood bites, cold brews, sparkling wines, and music by local bluegrass group the Bluestone Ramblers.

Be sure to stop by the Local Palate‘s booth in the Culinary Village on Friday, from noon until 5pm, where Montage Palmetto Bluff’s Executive Pastry Chef, David Sampson will be presenting Bourbon Milk Jam Macaroons alongside an Espresso Milk Punch presented by our Beverage Manager, Ross Hardigan. If you love them so much and want to recreate them at home, recipe cards will be available.
