Traveling from Lyon, France, Joseph Viola, who earned the prestigious title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2004, will headline the Taste of Lyon dinner and will showcase classic bouchon and Lyonnaise dishes under the lights of Ocala’s Citizen Circle.
