Join Chef Kelly Wilson, Pastry Chef Instructor at Culinary Institute of Charleston, at the Le Creuset Atelier for an intimate cooking class, inspired by the pages of The Local Palate magazine. Students will learn how to make Challah and Challah French Toast, as well as learn how to bake bread in a cast iron oven.
