- Preheat oven 350 degrees. In a large skillet, cook the sausage. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add the cream cheese and 6 ounces of cheddar and stir until melted. Add the tomatoes and blend.
- Pour mixture into an oven-safe dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 15 minutes. Top with chives and serve with chips.
