The turkey has been picked clean and all of the pumpkin pie is gone. Leftovers are nowhere to be found in my house and so Thanksgiving is officially wrapped up and over. I am ready for a hiatus from holiday food. Pair a Grilled Korean Spiced Flat Iron Steak with Coca-Cola Pickled Onions from Chef Chris Shepherd with a Spiced Coleslaw and finish with a Caramel Ginger Cheesecake for a dinner for which you can be thankful.
