Add some “Bam!” to Your Eggnog

Add some “Bam!” to Your Eggnog

Emeril Lagasse kicked it up to a “Bam!” level on his Food Network programs and created a catchphrase in the process. Often, “Bam!” referred to the addition of anything spicy, rich, or alcoholic, and the audience responded with cheers.

Get ready for cheers when you serve Emeril’s eggnog from his flagship restaurant in the Warehouse District of New Orleans. A performance of adding the brandy with a “Bam!” is not required but welcomed.
