It’s hard to beat a classic, especially when that classic cocktail comes from a classic drinking town. The team behind the new Barrel Proof wanted to provide a place where comfortable standards, from “a shot and a beer” to the following swizzle, would be center stage. The focus is on the people and creating an atmosphere that invites imbibers to settle in and stay a while.
