Copper and Cane:
Atlanta’s Holiday Cocktail

Over the past few years, Chef Linton Hopkins has been busy creating a culinary empire in Atlanta. Holeman & Finch Public House is one of the gems in his culinary crown. Located in the swanky uptown district of Buckhead, the restaurant is best known for their mouthwatering grass-fed beef burgers served late night—but not all night, for with only 24 burgers served daily, these are literally a hot commodity!

Also drawing people to the restaurant in droves is the house-made charcuterie and the stunning cocktails created by bar manager Melissa Hayes. For the holidays, she has developed a tasty Southern-inspired drink that combines Wathen’s bourbon, sorghum, and Benedictine. It is topped off with nutmeg and a splash of sparkling wine which lends a festive feel and offers a hint of spice with every sip. This cocktail is perfect for ringing in the New Year!
