We’re suckers for boiled peanuts (ahem, case in point). So a few years ago, when boiled peanut hummus started showing up on Southern menus, we applauded another way to get those tasty treats to the table. There are many excellent versions, but one of the easiest comes from Magnolia’s in our own backyard in Charleston, SC.
Serve it with quality crackers, a crudité selection and veggies, and you have country gone cosmopolitan, no roadside stand required.
