Grown Up PB&J for Dessert

Chef James Boyce has made a name for himself in Hunstville, Alabama, but Galley & Garden is his first foray into Birmingham. It’s located in the renovated Historic Meritt House, which is fitting since his “thing” is updating Southern classics.

Take this dish, for instance; it’s a classy spin on a lunchbox standard. And if you wanted chocolate in your lunchbox PB&J, well, now as an adult you can have it, elegantly presented in a phyllo purse. This recipe is an easy “A.”
