Established in 1951, and currently serving about 450,000 customers a year, the Loveless Cafe can officially be declared a Nashville restaurant institution. As the restaurant embarks on its seventh decade, its welcoming neon sign that glows along Highway 100 promising hot biscuits and country ham continues to draw road-food enthusiasts, local families, working folks and celebrities alike.
The Famous Loveless Cafe offers a full country breakfast menu (served from 7:00am until closing) and a supper menu (served from 11:00am on) and is open 7:00am-9:00pm, seven days a week. Takeout service and catering are also available.
Here is a recipe for something a little out of the ordinary: honey. Skip the store bought squeeze jar and opt for some homemade nectar available at your local farmers market. This seasonal pie is sure to please everyone.
