Indian Summer

The official end of summer has already passed, but we are still attempting to squeeze in last minute warm-weather indulgences before fall completely takes over. This first cocktail, developed by Joe Raya of The Gin Joint is aptly named Indian summer. Tropical pineapple flavors mingle with refreshing muddled mint and simple syrup to create a quintessential late-summer sipper. Enjoy this drink during the last warm days and make way for heartier beverages ahead.
