Grown-Up Lemonade

As many of you know, this past weekend was the BB&T Charleston Wine + Food Festival and boy, did we have a blast! We had so much fun seeing all of our old friends as well as making many more new ones. The relationships we make at events such as these are so important to us. And the constant support we receive from the community gives us the fuel to keep doing what we do: bringing you the food culture of the South.

We would like to thank Boris and the whole Icebox Bar Service team for making our time at the BB&T Charleston Wine + Food Festival such a success. Each day they conjured up a different delicious cocktail that kept everyone coming back for more.

On the final day of the weekend we served up a cocktail that festival goers just could not get enough of: blueberry mint vodka lemonade. Yes, it is indeed delicious. This brightly colored drink concocted by Icebox Bar Services kept people coming back to our booth for a second, third and for some of you, a fourth time (no judgment here!). So many people asked us for the recipe, so we decided to post it on here and share with all! Now everyone can recreate this cocktail any time and sip it poolside whenever the weather warms up. Spring- get here already!
