A Reverse Root Beer Float

A Reverse Root Beer Float
Photos by Kelsey McCellan

This Friday sip is for the kiddies at heart who are longing for the last of summer through a school window. As for my office window, I can see the new Charleston, SC locale of Jeni’s through mine, and I can attest to longing as well (ahem, ice cream obsession).

Start with a scoop of root beer ice cream and top with your favorite vanilla soda, and enjoy. No need for longing when a good ice cream float can cure what ails you, school books or not.
