Kale Time:
A Salad, a Soup, a Supper

January should be National Kale Month, what with the amount of cheerleading the leafy greens get this time of year (alas, the Facebook page—yes, of course there is one—for National Kale Day lists it as October 2). The airwaves and internet broadcast that kale will cleanse what ails us after all that indulging in the excesses of the season. Kale is great. Kale is clean. Kale is the super-est of superfoods.

While we are all for this flagwaving and parade planning, we’d like to attest that many forget kale tastes good. These three recipes will help you remember. Yay Kale.
