On April 28, the storied grounds of Middleton Place, outside of Charleston, South Carolina, were the setting for the Sixth Annual Lowcountry Local First Chef’s Potluck. It’s a yearly celebration of what’s fresh, delicious and local, and the fine local growers, chefs and producers who bring it to us.
Storms threatened most of the day, but breezes off the Ashley River kept them at bay, and guests enjoyed music by the Garage Cuban Band, a live auction, and some of the best food and beverages the Lowcountry has to offer.
