INSPIRATION FOR YOUR WEEKEND MENU

With Easter arriving so early this year and below-normal temperatures covering the country it’s hard to imagine collecting Easter eggs in the backyard and donning pastel-hued dresses. But here we are, only a few days away, and surely we aren’t the only ones who haven’t prepared a full menu for this Sunday. Last year we shared an Easter menu inspired by the Greek tradition and the recipes included were a hit around the office. We are more than happy to return to these gems since some of us (ahem) are a little behind in the planning. Hopefully you can also find inspiration in these unique Mediterranean flavors.
