Nostalgia for New Year’s Eve

Nostalgia for New Year’s Eve

We saw the return of some of our favorite classics this year: Deviled Crabs graced one of our covers, Jeremy Ashby recreated a dip from his parents 1970s entertaining days, and The Ultimate S’mores became a grown-up version of a childhood campfire classic.

As far as beverages go, Madiera made it to our pages, Cider “ruled”, the Old Fashioned was as modern as ever, and we flipped for The Flip. Nostalgia may be a trend that never goes out of style, but at least it tastes good.

We look forward to 2015 with you. That’s sappy, but it’s no Sticky Sorghum Pudding (that was so 2012). Happy New Year!
