Bloody’s Lowcountry Cousin

Although it’s not technically a Bloody Mary, the Oyster Shooter employs all the dominant elements: tomato, horseradish, lemon, and vodka. And Pearlz Oyster Bar in Charleston, South Carolina is the quintessential bar to knock one of these babies back.

Seems we’re not the only ones that feel that way. The East Bay Street location (they have an additional one in West Ashley) alone serves 120 oyster shooters a day, so belly up to the beautiful bar and order a round. Or make your own. Either way, cheers.
