Sunday Supper:
Let It Snow

February is the perfect time to celebrate all of the flavors of winter. After all, who really wants to eat on a root vegetable in June or think about anything to do with maple syrup in August unless it is rolling down the side of a blueberry pancake? There are so many reasons to embrace the season that we are in.

This Sunday Supper is designed with that spirit in mind. The menu centerpiece is a traditional rib-eye roast with rosemary and lemon zest, and the leftovers can be used in Craig Deihl’s Roast Beef Sandwich for Monday’s lunch. A meal like this will (almost) make you thankful for the winter season.
