In the September issue of The Local Palate, we gave step-by-step directions on how to make the Southern fall classic, Apple Butter. That got us thinking about all of the other fruits and vegetables we could use to make butter, and the recipe for our Sweet Potato Butter was born. Packed with cinnamon, ginger and sweet potato, this concoction contains all of the flavors of fall.
