The Coffee Fox Pours a Mean Drink

Feeling a little sluggish on a Savannah afternoon, but also feeling a bit frisky? Well, then maybe it’s time for an Eye Opener from The Coffee Fox.

This little jewel of a joint is included in this month’s print issue, but I really loved the feel of this place – it’s my sort of vinyl-filled, comfortable mix of a respite that doesn’t take itself too serious, but nevertheless, is serious about it’s coffee, serving locally roasted coffee made by Roast Master Philip Brown, owner of PERC Coffee.

But back to the beverage at hand. The Eye Opener is a stout drink, literally. This double shot of espresso and Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro Beer is more than a beverage – it’s an experience. See?

Bottoms up, you faint of heart. Sip with a smile.
