The pumpkins are in the markets but it is of course too early to begin considering how to carve that jack-o’-lantern. Put a pumpkin in your cart anyway and put it to good use preparing some of these pumpkin-centric dishes. Begin the meal with salmon with a pumpkin seed crust served over a bacon and butternut squash hash and end it with a creamy pumpkin crème brulee.
