Chef José Gutierrez of River Oaks Restaurant in Memphis wowed us when we ate our way through the city for the May 2014 issue, and now he’s done it again, with a shrimp tartine that is quickly becoming a lunch favorite for these dog days.
Don’t have access to fresh shrimp? It can be made with any fresh seafood. And as for this special mayo, you might want to make a double batch, as it will make any tomato sandwich sing.
