
Ingredients
1/4 cup local honey
1 tablespoon dried lavender buds
2 ounces Hendrick's gin
1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
Lemon wheel, garnish
Directions
- Make a honey syrup by combining honey and lavender with 1/4 cup hot water. Let steep for 30 minutes, then strain.
- In a cocktail tin, combine gin, lemon juice, and 1 ounce honey syrup with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
