1½ ounces Espolon Blanco Tequila
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce orange juice
1 ounce agave syrup
Beet juice to top
Garnish: lime wheel, rimming salt
In a cocktail tin filled with ice, shake tequila, lime juice, orange juice, and agave. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass with a half-salted rim. Garnish with lime wheel and pour beet juice over top.
