Bitter Giuseppe

Ingredients

2 ounces Cynar

1 ounce Mancino Rosso Amaranto vermouth

¼ ounce lemon juice

6 dashes SAVoy Society orange cinchona bitters

Lemon peel, for garnish

Directions

Stir ingredients with ice for 20 seconds. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
