Bittered Holland Sling


1 ounce Cadenhead Old Raj Gin

1 ounce Redbreast Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey

¼ ounce raw sugar simple syrup

4 dashes Boker’s Bitters

½ ounce Ron Zacapa 23 rum


  1. Measure all ingredients except rum into a mixing glass. Stir with ice.
  2. Strain into a freshly iced double old-fashioned glass and float the Ron Zacapa rum on top.
