    Ingredients
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • ⅓  ounce grenadine
  • ¼ ounce Giffard Menthe Pastille
  • 1 ounce Espolon Blanco Tequila
  • 1 ounce Pimm’s
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Ginger ale 
steps
  1. Shake all and strain over fresh cubes in Collins glass.
  2. Top with splash of ginger ale.
