1½ ounces Hennessy Black Cognac

¼ ounce Yellow Chartreuse

¾ ounce ginger syrup

½ ounce lemon juice

Whole pink peppercorns and freshly ground black pepper for garnish


Shake first 4 ingredients and strain into a coupe. Sprinkle with ground peppercorns.
