East of Eden

Ingredients

1½ ounce Hendrick’s Gin

¾ ounce Batavia Arrack

¾ ounce lime juice

¾ ounce honey syrup

Pomegranate arils, for garnish

Directions

  1. Add all liquids into shaker tin with ice. Shake.
  2. Strain over crushed ice. Garnish with teaspoon of pomegranate arils on top.
