
Ingredients
2 jalapeño wheels
½ ounce agave
1 ounce lime juice
½ ounce Snap Liqueur
1½ ounces Milagro Reposado
2 ounces ginger beer
1 long-stemmed maraschino cherry, for garnish
Directions
- Cut 1 jalapeño wheel (about a ¼-inch thick) and muddle at the bottom of a pint glass.
- Add agave, lime juice, Snap, Milagro Reposado, ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a collins glass, top with ginger beer, and ice.
- Garnish with cherry skewered with second jalapeño (aka cherry bull).
