1 dash Bittermens Hellfire Bitters

¾ ounce Espolòn Blanco Tequila

¾ ounce Del Maguey Vida Mezcal

¾ ounce fresh lime juice

½ ounce Demerara simple syrup

6 ounces Gose
(German top-fermented beer)

Lime wheel for garnish


Place all ingredients except Gose into shaker and add ice. Shake and strain into cold glass. Add Gose. Stir to combine. Garnish with lime wheel.
