1½ ounces Hamilton Jamaican Pot Still Black Rum

¼ ounce Rhum JM

¾ ounce mission black fig syrup

½ ounce lemon juice

½ ounce grapefruit juice

8 drops Jamaican Jerk tincture
(a house special)


Shake all ingredients, except tincture, and strain into a coupe. Top with Jamaican Jerk tincture.
